Berry Bros. & Rudd

The Brief

We worked with the Berry Bros. & Rudd team on a two year project on both the the front-end development and providing support to the internal e-commerce and commercial teams in the re-platforming of their current website to the Hybris platform. The website needed to work for multiple customer profiles, as well as form the basis for further SAP integrations.

Integrations

With complex integrations, the website needed to integrate with current legacy systems, prior to further SAP development. The complex customer profiles, products and sales data meant the integration development and testing ran for a considerable proportion of the overall project. Due to the comprehensive testing the website migration was successful with no loss of information, data or triggers to customers.

UI Testing

Due to the different customer profiles that Berry Bros. & Rudd have, plus the online usage of customer's being vastly different the UI and functionality testing was a critical part of the re-platforming project. This including general purchasing, corporate client and trading account testing. This included significant testing from internal teams, alongside real time usability testing.

Front End Development

Working with branding agencies and back-end developers we created the new website UI to align with the companies clear brand and vision, alongside key milestones to enable delivery of the project.
